2. वेबसाइट पर उपलब्ध Registration Form for Main Examination पर क्लिक करें |
3. तत्पश्चात ऑनलाइन फॉर्म में वांछित विवरण को सावधानीपूर्वक भरें |
4. समस्त सूचनाओं को पूरित करने के उपरान्त भरे गए फॉर्म की प्रिंट निकाल लें |
5. छात्र निकाले गए परीक्षा फॉर्म के प्रिंट आउट की दोनों प्रतियों पर हस्ताक्षर करने के उपरान्त महाविद्यालय में निर्धारित शुल्क कस साथ जमा करना सुनिश्चित करेंगे |
6. यदि किसी छात्र के परीक्षा फॉर्म में फॉर्म भरते समय कोई त्रुटी हो जाती है तो सम्बंधित अभ्यर्थी ऐसी दशा में नया फॉर्म भरकर नए फॉर्म को महाविद्यालय में जमा करेगा |
7. अभ्यर्थी महाविद्यालय में त्रुटिरहित फॉर्म की प्रिंट आउट ही जमा करना सुनिश्चित करेगा |

Process to fill the online examination form for the students / students-
1. Click on the link given below for the student / student online exam form application.
2. Click on the Registration Form for Main Examination on the website.
3. Fill out the desired details carefully in the online form.
4. After completing all the information, take out the print of the completed form.
5. After signing the two copies of the printout of the examined examination of the examination, the students will be sure to deposit the fixed fee in the college.
6. If any student encounters an error while filling the form in the examination form, then the concerned candidate will fill the new form in such condition and deposit the new form in the college.
